Exchange Policy

At Sawafa, we are committed to delivering authentic eastern wear with the highest standards of quality. To maintain fairness and consistency, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we provide exchanges in specific cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@sawafa.com. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a suitable replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Custom-tailored or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@sawafa.com. If approved, we will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Important Notice

  • No refunds are available. By purchasing from Sawafa, you agree to our exchange-only policy.
  • For customers in the European Union, local consumer laws may provide a 14-day cooling-off period. This does not override Sawafa’s exchange-only policy except where legally required.
